Celebrating Diverse Abilities

We are surrounded by a myriad of people who motivate us to find out new things  and excite us with their energy. They also inspire us with, not only their achievements and dedication, but also their perseverance when times are difficult  and their dreams feel impossible to achieve. We can turn to them when times are  tough, when we we question our purpose and if we need further motivation to inspire and spur ourselves on.

 

At The Hawthorns, we have chosen to name our rooms after some of these  accomplished people. This is not a definitive list but a selection of those whose  achievements and tenacity we feel our pupils and staff may be able to relate to. You can read more about the qualities and achievements we have observed in these individuals below.
